I hope Fife comes on board. I was just thinking, if he does our coaching staff will have quite a bit of BIG coaching experience. Hunter: 6 seasons as assistant in the BIG (Nebraska and Indiana) Fife: 13 seasons as an assistant in the BIG (MSU and Indiana) Matta: 13 seasons as head coach in the BIG (OSU) Roberts: 2 seasons as assistant in the BIG (Indiana) If that happens and we don't start winning in the BIG again, we never will.

I would stay on if I were him. If this thing is successful, I am sure he would be in line for an assistant job here once one of the newly hired assistant leaves for another job.

I think Glen Watson was like the highest rated recruit Nebraska had ever signed at the time. Hunter was responsible for recruiting him. Also, I believe he was responsible for bringing in Isaac Copeland to Nebraska. He was a 5 star who transferred from Georgetown to Nebraska. Hunter is an east coast guy who worked at Georgetown for a long time and convinced Copeland to go to Nebraska

Nobody has assumed anything but YOU... I don't know if he will work out or not but I am willing to give him a chance. Of course I have my doubts but I also have some reasons I am excited. You on the other hand have already made your decision. So who is assuming?

Gonzaga is legit. Have been for awhile, but their conference schedule each year pads their record. Call me a hater or whatever but, if you gave any of the past 45 champions (or however many there have been since the 76 team) Gonzaga's schedule this year we would have a lot more undefeated champions. My mind won't be changed and I will not respect their undefeated record. Good for them, congrats, but nope.

They also led the league in 3's made and taken. Were 4th in %. Do Player's still take 3's today?

agreed. But I will still be very surprised if the league is as good as it was this year. I don't see Iowa upgrading, Wisconsin upgrading, Illinois upgrading, or Michigan upgrading.

I think they will be good. But those freshmen won't be Livers, Wagner, and Mike Smith. Not even close

Obviously I am still in a wait and see, but if the core comes back (including TJD) we will be alright. The BIG should not be nearly as tough next year at the top with a lot of the top players leaving. Let's hope IU finally catches some breaks!

I saw the IUBB twitter account posted pictures of Woodson and Fischer together and what looked like an interview. Has anyone seen the actual interview anywhere? Not sure if it had been released yet.
