DID YOU KNOW? • Sunday's matchup with Michigan will be Indiana's first home Big Ten contest of 2015-16 and the first time the Wolverines have played in Assembly Hall since Feb. 19, 2014. • The Hoosiers are taking advantage of getting to the free throw line as Indiana has made more free throws (198) than its opponents have attempted (154) and lead the Big Ten in free throws made (17th in the country) and attempts. • IU is shooting 72.0 percent from the charity stripe as a team and outscoring foes 198-101 at the free throw line. • Indiana faced seven teams that played in the postseason a year ago during non-conference play, five of those teams played in the NCAA Tournament last season, making Indiana just one of 11 programs in the power five conferences to have played five or more NCAA teams from 2015 in non-conference play. • Sophomore Tyra Buss has scored in double figures in every game this year to average 19.3 points per game (ranking 33rd nationally) to go along with 4.3 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.9 steals per game (leads team). • Buss ranks third in the nation in free throws made (86) and attempts (110) while shooting 78.2 percent from the charity stripe. • Amanda Cahill has achieved a double-double in each of the last two games, now totaling three on the year and nine in her career. She had 13 points and a season-high tying 11 boards at Wisconsin last time out and finished with 12 points and 10 rebounds against Yale on Dec. 28. • Cahill is shooting 50 percent from the field and 42.1 percent (6th in B1G) from 3-point range while averaging 13.2 points (26th) and 7.5 (T-9th) rebounds per game to lead IU. • The Hoosiers have shot 50 percent or better five times this year, most recently a 54 percent outing vs. Yale on Dec. 28. IU shot 50 percent or above five times in all of last season in 2014-15.
