It's odd that it's not just one thing re: rebounding. Race has been beat to the ball after good block outs, Kopp has been called for fouls for face guarding on rebounds, we've had multiple players go for the rebound and knock it away from each other, etc. I consider Trayce, Race, and JHS all plus rebounders for their position but we've given up too many O rebounds. -
Can we defend without fouling and then rebound? That'll be key to locking them up. On offense, we need to attack and hit shots. Trayce getting their bigs in foul trouble would be nice. Go Hoosiers!

Crean always out thought the room. Why play on a 94'x50' court when you can get several feet on either end to run more sets?!

This was called often several years back. I remember several calls going against IU when a player was running the baseline and stepped out of bounds then received a pass. I know it happened several times in the Crean era.

I'm guessing XJ would have a similar diagnosis as Troy Williams. If he can even it out while staying close to the edge he can easily be our second best player and take us on a run come March.

Big 1.o ref staple. There is typically a player on every Big 1.o that is the default fouler. It seems Big 1.o officials keep track of fouls by the star players and then call them on reserves when they come into the game.

Solid bounce back game with multiple players showing out. Keep the TOs down, rebound, and stop fouling. Still plenty of areas to clean up to get to the next tier.

These same officials call other conferences and they don't make these ********* calls. It's high up than the officials!

Moving and cutting after the ball goes into the post helps, being shot ready when the ball is kicked back out helps too.

I chuckle when I hear announcers start calling out contact in Wiscy games. "Yes, he did just stab him but they're not calling it in the Kohl's Center unless there is a federal investigation."

Delivering after hours, that's pretty crazy that an NCAA first-four game had more eyes than a noncon game against two of the largest fan bases in college basketball.

I guess your definition of bigger/biggest and prominent differ from mine. It would be interesting to see the ratings between the tourney games and the game against UNC.

Huge difference in @$$/to in the past 3 games compared to 3 previous games against Power 6 teams.

From what I watched, he is still their primary ball handler. It seems like he's been more efficient. Perspective of having the game on and doing multiple other things though.
