  1. Gotta convince mama
  2. Alex Kline @TheRecruitScoop Indiana offered 2016 Huntington Prep (WV) guard Curtis Jones.
  3.     Nothing to suggest IU. Maybe Chuck can pull some magic over time but I'd be skeptical.    Fwiw, that link posted above regarding Bryant possibly using his other two OV's was said prior to the visit to Bloomington.
  4. Bryant to possibly take two more visits
  5. The visit went well and IU fans knowing of him and acknowledging him seemed to really sit well with Bryant. Mama feels more comfortable, but still continue to hear the home angle.
  6. Ride Coleman here, IU needs to capitalize
  7. That'll work!
  8. That was fuuunnnn
  9. I know Bryant is pushing a spring decision date, but it just doesn't seem like it's going to go that long.
  10. No, I agree. I feel like I should not have posted that because people are going to interpret it that way. Obviously SU leads now, but he hasn't been to IU so there is definitely still a shot.
  11. Jerry Meyer @jerrymeyer247 Syracuse trending n #Crystalball for Thomas Bryant. Would jump to #2 n #247Sports Composite per Class Calculator bit.ly/1u6cQso   Syracuse Basketball @syracusebball Jerry Meyer of 247sports is hearing from multiple sources that Syracuse will land 2015 5-star Thomas Bryant over Indiana. #OrangeRecruiting
  12. He is based in Indiana, he is young, he runs with anything pro-IU - imo.   Still trying to find an explaination as to the Mizzou cut. Reports were that he enjoyed the visit and had some specifics that made it seem like it wasn't total lip service. You couple that with the Fulford/Huntington Prep connection, which I know to be strong, and it doesn't make any sense.   Bryant continues to reiterate that he is waiting until spring - which does help IU I believe as CCG said - so, why cut Mizzou now? I know recruitments can be annoying to some, hence cutting lists, but Mizzou has Fulford? He recruited the Bryant to Huntington. He has an established relationship not only as a coach but from a recruitment standpoint. I don't know, it seems like something drastic happened here but we'll see.   On the other hand, there seems to be a lot of twitter stuff saying Mizzou isn't out at all. Zagoria has been known to run with things a little bit, so don't put it past him that he minced Mom's words to an extent. Whatever it is, it doesn't seem positive for Mizzou.   As for IU and spring, this one is all Chuck. If it were Crean I'd be very concerned about the spring decision. The word is Chuck goes pretty far back with Bryant, and that may have been underestimated in some public reports. He is certainly no IU lean - and that article about SU losing ground that I posted  (mentioned a few posts up) was more about Mizzou being in a favorable position rather than anything else- but IU getting him on campus could be the game changer.
  13. Jeff Borzello ‏@jeffborzello  59s59 seconds ago "Missouri will continue to recruit five-star forward Thomas Bryant, sources told ESPN. Previous reports had the Tigers out of the mix."   Mom vs. Sources lol
  14. Yeah, gotta wonder what happened there. Hmm.
  15. Josh Hall @jhall04 OG Anunoby says he will continue is education at Indiana.   Jordan Littman @JordanLittman Breaking: 6-foot-8 class of 2015 forward O.G. Anunoby (@OAnunoby) has committed to Indiana. #iubb
  16. The change in OG's announcement time was due to a local news station he is coordinating with if that helps. I can never find those streams.
  17. I think OG is talking Central time, but could be wrong.
  18. Here is a pretty good article to catch people up on Bryant's recruitment prior to this weekend. Everything seems to point to his order being: 1) Syracuse 2) Mizzou 3) Indiana   JB Staff Losing Grip on Bryant
  19. I would if I could. I don't really know but I can find out. I just heard they are approaching it a little different, "hipper", with some more things aimed at recruits.
  20. I would love to see Davis make it to HH. He seems to be atop IU's wishlist at the moment so I can't imagine IU not pushing for it. Heard HH is going to be a little different this year, in a good way. IU really would benefit from getting their top targets in, obviously.
  21. I can see that being troublesome if IU's '15 class size is 3 by then.
  22. Nothing, except he comes to town this weekend. The visit could get IU into the conversation going forward. Everyone knows the Syracuse and Mizzou ties are strong and a visit is about all I can see changing that.
  23. Sooooo....big weekend here folks.
