  1. http://www.zagsblog.com/2017/09/13/darius-garland-sets-official-visit-dates/ Winston Garland, the father of Darius, told Bruin Report in August that Darius “is leaning toward signing in November.”
  2. "They" have never seen Race play. These are Philly guys. That's my point, everyone in the Indiana realm seems to be saying he is a 5. The only two people I know who have seen him, without any bias (they don't know IU's recruiting class by heart or anything) say stretch 4. Maybe he grows (literally) into that but I'm inclined to believe that isn't what he is now.
  3. And fwiw, I know it seems weird that I'm more plugged in to Indiana than where I actually live but I have limited basketball connections here in Philly. Family in Indiana helps me out. But, in talking to two guys today...they like Forrester...they are also are sure he is a stretch 4...gotta catch some of his HS games. Wish I still lived in West Chester.
  4. Just bc you brought it up, not coming at you...but PA is way different than Indiana regarding connections and such. Archie is from Western PA. There is a such a large gap between Eastern PA and Western PA that, in regards to recruiting, they could be different states. He has no natural connections to Philly/Jersey/NY. If anything, Western PA (Pitt) leans west towards Ohio while Eastern PA (Philly) leans east toward Southern Jersey. I mean, I can go on my outside my house and look East and take a picture of Camden, NJ. These schools/programs interact. Central PA is just a desert for talent...Forrester was about an hour and a half- hour 45 from Philly, so he came this way. Probably over 3 to Pittsburgh. Brusier, being in Philly, is going to have connections in Philly, Jersey, and some in NY. Talent around here is as elite as it comes, but it's consolidated to a few programs. Not as much throughout like, say, Indiana, so "top heavy" basically. But very important because of the tip top talent. It's important to have a presence like Flint in this area.
  5. I can't wait for Tim to weigh in on this one :)
  6. Oh they are. An invite to the midnight event (our HH) in the current class is evidence

  10. Ostrom and Miller would be my guess
  11. Archie and Ostrom today...I'd expect Schilling to get in on the action this week. If they go out east, you'll see Bruiser and Archie.
  12. Michael Ramirez @michrami_ 3h 2018 PF Jake Forrester getting a tour of the @IUMediaSchool from #iubb head coach Archie Miller.

  17. Honestly, I feel like the D hasn't been horrible. Two major lapses on 3rd down, which they need to correct, but could certainly be worse.
  18. I could go on but I typically get crap for writing books and I most recently got crap for being vague/mysterious/idk wtf :)
