We were actually 6-3 on the road in conference. We obviously struggled early but we will just see. I can see why we are a trendy pick but I am not sold yet.

I think because we have the ability to control tempo and knock down shots. Plus the teams we are potentially playing struggle with their shot.

Yeah, MSU was ranked #1 for quite a few weeks leading up to Denzel Valentine's injury.  They are now playing like they were pre-injury.  Duke was a top 10 team when we played them and they got decimated by injury.  Wisconsin was crap until they went on their run a quarter of the way through B1G.  Plus, as for the "easier" B1G comment, every year that is who wins.  Look at conference SOS for the winner of conference.  Over the last 15 years, only our 12-13 Hoosiers won with a conference SOS in the top 10.  The rest I agree with.

Seeding or not Crean shouldn't be given a pass. This is a doable bracket with our makeup. There is no Virginia or MSU. IMO

Shockingly me too. I think we pack the paint against In this bracket and see where it takes us.

Honestly not trying to sugarcoat it but we play better against better teams. I am curious to see how we come out as the underdog again. We just seem to play looser in that role.

Just looking at Lunardi's updated he has us both at a 4.  We are in Spokane...  With Virginia.  Other than Virginia a very favorable bracket.  

Its not arrogance. It's just fandom. Every team goes through this including Duke, UNC, and Kentucky. This here is just a platform. There are outliers in everything but very few people truly think is going to be fired after the season. They HOPE but they aren't naive.

Actually there is. Now we potentially play the 1 in the Sweet 16. Other option is play them in the Elite 8 and potentially place ourselves in a better spot geographically.
