Any more made up complaints to trash a player that has made more winning plays outside of TJD/Galloway/Franklin? Those 2 whole shots missed (not 2 per game...) are not as important as that stat and the rebounding for this team. Period.

Yep while going up to 4.8 rebounds from 2.1. Or while raising his assists and lowering his turnovers. I can work with small sample sizes too since you think his only job is to score. He has stepped in areas we needed him to. He needs to get his shooting numbers back to historical averages. But with like 16 free throws and 24 3’s shot, I am not exactly too worried about a 4th year player there. His rebounding to this point is far more important than him hitting 2 more 3’s to make you feel better about his shooting. He is doing just fine.

Ended up with 20 at the half on 6-6 from 3.

Right. I imagine Armaan will be on Buie. I hope we extend the pack line out as this team doesn’t seem to drive to shoot. More drive to kick. Nance is a lot like TJD in that it matters how much energy he plays with. Whoever plays softest their team is in trouble. Northwestern can’t afford for Nance to be soft. Offensively, if we limit turnovers, we will be fine. Defensively if we bring energy and help on the long rebounds, we win going away.

Get out on shooters. 1-5 they look to shoot from everywhere. TJD will have his hands full with the wiry Nance. Hope he comes ready.

Nebraska Three distinct tiers within this. 1-4, 5-9, 10+. 10 and 11 could theoretically make the tournament, but I will stick with historical and say 9 max.

To be fair there is a 5* committing today with IU right there at the end and Peegs hasn’t posted about it on Twitter.

Northwestern is hitting everything it feels like. 1-5 they hit shots. TJD vs Nance will be a battle.
