      I liken it to Military appreciation.  Here me out.    We all LOVE our men/women in the armed services.  But while we show some form of appreciation year round, it tends to spike around specific holidays.    Similarly, we all HATE Purdouche.  We hate them year round.  Our hate always peaks during the week of games.   I just we could keep that LOVE/HATE cranked up all year 'round!!!!!!!!!!

lol  Sounds like you had a great day!  Luckily that was the worst of my day.  It took about 2 hours for the house to warm up but it made it there!  Worst case scenario for me if our hot water goes out would be to drive to work and shower at the gym (just must be sure to have my flip flops)!  

Time to talk baseball!  It's close enough!   I like this report (hint hint, Astros picked to win the AL West).  I've seen a lot of bandwagon love for the Cubs, some for the Dodgers, a smidge for the Royals to repeat.  Reds?  Nada.  Sorry Cincy fans.  I think I saw some love for the White Sox too...but that was probably someone clicking the wrong Chicago team from the list (hehehe).
