    Haven’t seen the kid play but that would absolutely make sense from a roster construction perspective. Coach will know better than we would if he can handle the step up in competition. Im plenty ready to be done judging players by their rankings on recruiting sites. That’s all our last coach seemed to do while guys who made winning plays like Leal were left to rot on the bench.

    With the rev share changes isn’t the expectation that players are making even more money moving forward? I thought someone reported Cupps was getting offered $600k as an example. If that were true then yeah, I could see Smith getting offered $5m.

    Not pumped about Devries if it’s him. That said, he seems like a guy who will make us a shoe-in for the tourney each year which will be a nice change of pace. The question just becomes what is his ceiling? I’m ok with that given what we’ve endured for the last decade.
