  1. I'm negative for not excusing extreme lack of judgement and terrible personal choices that resulted in an unnecessary arrest? Sue me I guess.
  2. Not act like a jack** the next time I visit a Taco Bell and reach out to customer service on the app in which I placed the order? You know like an adult would do. Getting arrested over a $10 Taco Bell order is a choice.
  3. I have no sympathy for people who fail to use common sense, especially in situations like these.
  4. If it's anything other than using common sense I don't really care. Really the only type of thing you can offer in a situation like this. MM certainly applied zero of it.
  5. Way for this to go COMPLETELY over your head. His widow never gets broken if: 1. He simply leaves the first time Taco Bell tells him to leave (now trespassing) 2. Leaves at any point during the 15 minute window law enforcement told him to leave (still trespassing) 3. doesn’t return to Taco Bell after leaving the first time (trespassing again) 4. exits the car when the police tell him he’s under arrest (now resisting arrest) You have to be some kind of stupid for things to go where they went for MM.
  6. The police report stated they refused to serve him because he was abrasive and cussing out employees in the drive thru line (implying they were open) and asked him to move away from the drive thru line (likely so they could continue serving other customers). Doubt Taco Bell cares if he sits there and yells at a window during closed business hours. The fact they called the police to remove him from the drive thru line (likely because he was impeding business) throws your theory about getting ripped off on a mobile order out the window.
  7. What does it matter what was said? He was asked to leave a private establishment and refused to the extent the police were called. That automatically puts him in the wrong.
  8. Taco Bell called to have him criminally trespassed. Fast food joints don't call the police to have you criminally trespassed just for the hell of it.
  9. Cursing at fast food employees to the effect of having the police called on you automatically puts you in the wrong. How silly can you be?
  10. "Comply always" crowd??? You think if MM simply left the establishment and went the hell home during the 15 minute window they continually asked him to leave the premises the situation still escalates the way it did? I'm going to say that's a big fat NO.
  11. I wouldn't have considered IU either if Mike Davis was the coach recruiting me. Again, completely different set of circumstances my man.
  12. We're talking about Boogie not MM, nothing went over my head. If you're banking on Boogie de-committing from Kentucky this spring and then picking IU I'll tell you what I told the other guy, "knock yourself out". MM didn't spurn us for a rival the first time around nor were we ever really involved.
  13. Said Boogie isn't going to de-commit from Kentucky 2 weeks before signing day.....
  14. Yep. Just like Boogie in a few hours, it’s dead to me.
  15. If you want to hold out on Boogie Fland not enrolling at UK, knock yourself out. I’ll tell you what I tell my son: ”S*** in one hand and wish in the other and see which one fills up first”
  16. Yeah I guess in a scenario where he commits to UK today and in less than two weeks de-commits before signing day…then sure. It ain’t happenin.
  17. I assume you’re doubling down on my comment? The post I responded to pretty clearly stated keeping tabs on him down the road in case he enters the portal which would obviously indicate he enrolled at UK. Boogie will be committing to UK here in a few hours and signing his letter of intent in a few short weeks. Wish him well but after that couldn’t care less what happens. He chose to be a Wildcat.
  18. Never said I was. Don't see the staff reconnecting with a former recruit who spurned them for a rival. That's just me though, would hope CMW and co have a little dignity.
  19. I'm sorry but there's no way I'm touching Boogie Fland down the road if he does in fact spurn us for Kentucky this afternoon. Once he commits, that ship will have sailed.
  20. He’s conceded (kind of) and having an epic meltdown on Twitter, err X
