  1. They absolutely do. That’s called loitering. That’s also a punishable crime. Again, only a stupid person would hang out next to the property from which they were just trespassed.
  2. I can avoid confrontation without getting the police called on me in a public setting if that’s what you’re asking. Yes sir I can.
  3. Walking away and not being unruly to the point the police are called aren’t one and the same my guy.
  4. Lol. You’ve got it all wrong. It’s 100% a choice to continue to engage and argue with an establishment who has refused you service. And almost every choice has a consequence. Hopefully MM’s future choices down the road aren’t met with similar consequences. Hopefully this is a lesson well learned.
  5. Need to make it mean something if that’s the case.
  6. I was going to say…this isn’t IU specific. Better yet, why don’t Woodson and staff hold a player workshop that teaches appropriate private establishment behavior? Conduct yourself in a professional manner in this type of crap ceases real quick.
  7. This doesn’t fit their narrative, shhh.
  8. You keep saying this. You do know that in order to get a refund from a Taco Bell mobile order there’s a process involved. And it’s through Taco Bell’s customer service, not the physical location of which you’re picking up from.
  9. Because blaming society rather than holding people accountable for their actions is the way of the world these days. Pretty evident in most of these posts.
  10. If he was ordered out of the vehicle and didn’t comply? Absolutely. It took him 15 minutes to leave Taco Bell the first, I’m guessing he was ordered out of the car several times before having his window smashed and forcefully removed from the car.
  11. I’m going to base my judgements off an actual documented police report than some wild anonymous message board conspiracy theories involving racial undertones despite no evidence to suggest the contrary. If you want to believe MM was sitting in his car minding his own business before being racially profile, do you.
  12. He was lawfully ordered off a property for 15 minutes and didn’t comply (that’s 14 minutes and 30 seconds too long I may add), that’s trespassing my dude. And still didn’t go home lol, he parked his car 100 feet from a place that just trespassed him. If stupidity was a crime he’d have gotten charged for that as well.
  13. Prove innocence? Taco Bell asked him to leave their property which is well within their right. He didn't so they called the police. The police commanded him several times to leave the property to which he didn't in a timely manner. Unless you want to rewrite Indiana trespass laws, there's no proving innocence regardless of what started the initial confrontation. I'm not sure why that keeps getting lost on people?
  14. I didn't post that. But sure, make this entire MM ordeal racial when there's zero evidence to suggest that. Any time you disrupt a place of business to the point they can no longer conduct business ie blocking the drive thru line when the dining room is closed, you're going to lose that proposition 10/10 times and the police are going to trespass you. It ain't hard to see that Chris.
  15. There's no other point to consider. I would never, ever, allow myself to get into a situation where the police would be called over an argument at a fast food establishment. NEVER. EVER. Not at 18, not at 28, not even 78. Not sober, not high nor drunk. I must be built differently. MM had several outs to walk away from this situation unscathed. He chose jail. Sad. Hopefully it's a learning experience all the way around.
  16. TL;DR If you're willing to go to jail over a bad experience at Taco Bell you have bigger issues.
  17. Lol what? Haha yeah...I'm definitely good (see above)
  18. Nothing political about either of those statements. Nice try though.
  19. Who agrees on that? I certainly don't. I'll 100% support any private establishments right to refuse service to an unruly patron just as I do for LEO to use necessary force when unlawful subjects don't comply with lawful orders. MM obviously ordered the 2 for 1 special Sunday morning.
  20. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes has never rang more true.
  21. You don't need a set of "facts" before forming an opinion in an instance where the police are called and make a subsequent arrest because an individual is acting a fool at a private establishment in which they were repeatedly told to leave.
  22. I can assure you I''ve never been arrested at a fast food joint. You must be the other guy.
