Nice post and very spot on. You captured the jest of his entire 4 years. The biggest problem that I see is #2. Coming from the NBA he never had a system nor did he try to develop one. He could have used Matta and Fife in that regard but he knew best and just wanted to recruit the highest ranked players as possible either in the portal or high school and he thought he was a good enough coach to get them to play together and develop them. Well breaking news, he sucks as a coach with no system.

I think we all are looking forward to a fresh start. He’s made us the laughing stock of the B10 and CBB but his delusional a** doesn’t see it, he’s done his job! lol! As I was watching the game with a friend at Chili’s today, I seen the same old sh*t in the first half, but the 2nd half this team played with fire and actually MW made some odd adjustments and I was thinking to myself, why didnt your stubborn a** do this much earlier. I found myself sort of interested in them actually trying to win. Now every lose just justifies MW leaving but I actually want them to win for the players and university. It was the first time this year I’ve felt like that and it must be because MW is finally leaving and I do want them to win! GO HOOSIERS!!!!

If they really cared about Woodson as much as they say, maybe they should have played harder every game and practice harder too.
