What about getting Tony Bennett (NCAA Champion) to coach and then we hire someone as a GM to manage the NIL part that of the job that he didn't like? Tony Bennett (433-169) 0.719 win % at Washington State and Virginia......and he's only 55. Is it true his wife is an IU Grad as well, or is that part false?

Plus isn't his wife a former player at Iowa State? Can't remember which sport, and I think her side of the family are all around that area too.

The problem with McCasland, born in Irving, Texas....his wife same thing. Played in Texas at Baylor, then you look at all his coaching stops: Texas Tech (Director of Ops), Midland College, TX; Baylor Assistant, North Texas, and now Texas Tech. I don't know about you, but it sounds like he is a Texas guy and the same thing goes for his wife.

With his coaching background, and his experience handling multi-million dollar contracts and free agents with the Celtics, the NIL experience would be something "easy" for him at IU.

How old is Billy now??? Let me check, he is still only 59 years old.

Why is no one mentioning Cade Tyson from Belmont on here? Saw he made the IU portal tracker, but crickets? Now that Hickman is out, this kid is just a Sophomore and hit 46.5% from 3 this year and 42% his Freshman year. Listed as a guard who averaged 16.2/5.9/1.6 this year and started 28/30 games his Freshman year. He’s listed as a guard at 6’7”, but man those numbers are crazy.
