    I would be ok with any option of these combos: Lewis as associate HC matta beilein Smart Honestly I’m ok with Lewis as HC and a really high paid staff.

    I wouldn’t have any problem hiring him but I doubt it happens a lot of fans would flip out.

    At the end of the day it really is gonna come down to what Scott D wants and his job is probably on the line with this choice. That’s got to be pretty stressful, we all have our opinions on how to fix this mess. Let’s see what he comes up with!

    I didn’t post this but I don’t think I’m all in on Woodson but I definitely want Lewis and or Fife to be back at this program either in a head coaching or associate hc role

    I got to say if they hire Woodson with a really bad pro coaching record and no college experience... never recruited etc I don’t know what to think of that

    Watching UCLA tonight there is no doubt that Lewis has made a huge difference in that team. I think he was a big part of Nebraska when he was there. Cronin teams in the past if I remember right weren’t known to be great offensive teams(didn’t watch many of his games at Cincinnati) Im all for having Lewis and Fife play horse for head coach loser being associate head coach.

    If For some reason he wasn’t or couldn’t step down as Celtics coach but was planning on taking the IU job after the season ended then I could see him make comments like he did to slow the chatter down. I don’t think that’s the case but for those that need to still believe there’s a chance I guess this could be a scenario.

    Hell no....it’s gut wrenching for me that IU basketball sucks. Grew up in Bloomington went to Purdue. If he cared about it as much as I do there isn’t any way he could have said no.

    Well spent 4 years at Purdue wearing IU hat so i took a lot of crap for that. I want IU to win more than anyone!

    It’s gonna be Steve Alford. 1.BFF with Scott D 2.Salary will be modest 3.Its time to try IU Guy 1987 team made me fall in love with Indiana basketball. I just want to win again and I’m good with Alford. I’m not against other coaches to me it just seems like this is gonna be his chance.
