    Barr Reeve program is fantastic. Incredible amount of respect for them when we play them. Blackhawk Christian is on another level this year though.

    Weight training should be done consistently regardless of in season or out of season. Archie agrees. They should all be lifting heavily, as well. Not maxing out.. but that light weight stuff is for the birds.

    The examples listed as cheating in other sports are absolutely nothing compared to the first time they were caught cheating in the playoffs. The second time, I'll give.. it's similar. No other sport has the type of preparation that football does for one single game. For them to have info on the game plan.. I still can't believe it.

    Talked to my buddy, who again is the CG FR coach.. said he was in foul trouble much of the Roncalli game, that was the problem there. In the BD game he said Trayce just did not play hard at all and had a terrible game.
