    "Arguing"... "trying to prove".... same thing. The real truth is JN gave Archie reason to believe he could be a very solid player this year. He just hasn't performed.

    Until now... absolutely not. But 2 of the past 3 he's been solid. Hopefully he is growing up and can have a good 3 days of practice and start against MSU.

    Yeah, I can see that. I did see Turner was All-tournament team in 81.. so he must have been really good that year.

    My dad honestly thinks if May doesn't get hurt in 75 (obvious one), Henderson in the 90s and Landon Tuner before the 82 season... we could easily have 3 more.

    Also RJ has avged 15p 6r 3a... TOV a problem at 2.5 a game. He does play good defense though.

    Actually.. last year in conference play JN was pretty solid. Avg 10p 3r 3a... 46% FG 38% 3pt TOV were still a problem, but there was plenty of reason to belief JN was going to give us much more than he has.. same with Green. They simply haven't... hindsight is 20/20 on the conversation with McKinley.

    I think the bottom line is... Archie knows Green could be a good player, but he has been awful recently with poor body language. At least Newkirk plays hard. Green has to earn mins before they're just given to him. I like the way Archie is handling it.

    Barr Reeve program is fantastic. Incredible amount of respect for them when we play them. Blackhawk Christian is on another level this year though.
