The more I look into 2019 recruits, the more confused I am about this decision. UK already has a better ranked SF in Whitney, a better ranked SG in Maxey, a committed SF in Allen, and could definitely land top 5 player and PF McDaniels. This doesn’t even count who could return for Kentucky... At IU he would’ve competed with a maybe healthy Hunter and Smith. One thing that i think hasnt been discussed is building your brand through social media. I think brooks, trayce, and armaan are certainly friends, but I think one of the most likely explanations could be these 3 would have an awesome Instagram picture and many news articles of the new face of Indiana as Indiana’s current season just ended. A few personal positives from yesterday? I loved the fight in Al Durham. Hopefully he can be the vocal - emphasis on vocal - upperclassman leader we need next year. When three point shots start falling, we played much better. Many may disagree, but it gives me confidence that Archie’s system works when there are just mediocre shooters. I think we all grew to love Davis as the season progressed. We should never count on him as a starter, but if can give us a solid 10-15 minutes a game with 8 points, that’d be excellent Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

I just got sidetracked watching Jerome Hunter highlights for an hour...and he is the definition of versatile. Since he was a forward for much of his career, he has a nice post game and turnaround jumper around the rim. His handle is relatively tight and his shot looks extremely pure. I really hope he is healthy next year. If we get Keion and Hunter is healthy - our wing length would be incredible.

I completely agree. We’re all a little biased here, but if you look at what Archie is doing with Morgan, Davis, and his body of work with stretch 4’s at Dayton, it seems like an obvious decision.
