I'm confused ... Fernando nearly ran for a first down on 3rd and 15. They call offsides on Iowa, then say it's fourth down. Wouldn't it either be 4th and 1 (penalty declined) or 3rd and 10 (penalty accepted)?

Didn't matter much, but that sure looked like an incomplete pass to me. His arm was moving forward and he flung it as he was getting hit. IMO -- not a fumble.

I don't think he got in, but I don't think they'll be able to overturn it. Too many bodies in the way for a really good look. The fact they called a TD 10 seconds after the whistle ...
