    Everything I’ve seen on Buzz indicates he may want out. Maybe not a bidding war situation.

    I really like McCollum, but does he really like us? If it’s between Iowa and Indiana does he love his state that much to stay home? Would likely be 4th in line there for NIL and rev share (football, wrestling, women’s basketball). If we’re worried about his connection to agents and the NIL space a possible solution could be to get a good GM in place.

    I think he was going to be the next coach at Arkansas before they got wind that Cal might be an option. You’re probably right - that might be his ceiling for now. But as time passes and if he stays out of trouble that could definitely change.

    Yeah Beard didn’t have nearly the same buzz last cycle. Year 1 at Ole Miss wasn’t awesome. They finished 86th in kenpom and didn’t play in the post season.

    Actually a pretty good comp for Dusty to IU. Was a GA instead of student manager but UT was always his dream job.

    I’m trying to picture a scenario where two former Indiana basketball student managers sit down, one offers the other the HC job and he says no thanks I’d rather stay at Michigan. I guess anything can happen.

    Have a hard time thinking Woody goes with an Ike or Payton type big. He already has something similar in Malik and my guess (or maybe hope) is that he is looking for a more mobile big. Someone closer to a Noah Clowney or Arrinten Page type with some versatility.
