Right on man I believe it no doubt, but a program like ours should never be in a position to only have four Big Ten players on the roster to begin with so hopefully she gets this figured out.

I often wonder what some of the top players like JuJu get/year? I just never hear numbers when it comes to women’s basketball NIL. I also wonder what the average is per player and what we as a program could possibly afford.

I was saying that I don’t know how much NIL is a factor…how we stack up against the better teams etc… we know a lot about the boys NIL but I haven’t heard any numbers for the girls program. It certainly is a major factor now days.

This is why I said she deserves a championship. I hope she can get over the recruiting hump. More NIL? She needs whatever she needs to stay competitive, then her coaching skills will take care of the rest.

I tend to agree with this it seems like the identifying of talent is all over the place sometimes really good and sometimes a lot of really questionable, hope she can get it figured out.

I hope you are right and she can start pulling in some big fish because she deserves a championship. I would be interested in knowing what the NIL funds are for the women’s team compared to teams like UCLA or South Carolina etc.

I understand that, but obviously there’s a break in the line somewhere because a lot of the players that she’s been recruiting have not fit a culture of big time winning.

I am at a loss as to why with all of Terries accomplishments she is not able to generate top tier movement towards IU? Unless I’m understanding you wrong, it seems like we should be in that group at least in and out of the past several years.

What does Staley have that Moren doesn’t?

I’m not sure why there would be unhappiness as far as playing time is concerned because nobody on that bench deserved a lot of minutes as far as I could tell.

Terry is probably sick of being undermanned in the tournament. Hope she can bring in a fantastic haul! Cotie McMann would be a huge start!

Boy, maybe I’m missing something but every time I’ve watched him this year he just kills it and especially at the end of the game. He’s a guard that I want the ball in his hands at the end of the game. He just has that killer instinct imo..

Donaldson may be one of the better guards in the country.

I don’t know, I think DD/BM are a couple of the best two up and coming coaches right now and last night was the first time I got to see a full game of Drake, and although I think they got bogged down a couple times, they were highly entertaining to watch and really had Missouri back on their heels for a lot of the game.

I would love for him to take the job there and reinstitute the Hoosier classic games so the D-Rock-Hoosiers could steamroll the Bradly Bulldogs!

I believe we got exactly what Indiana University needs right now and also forever which is a hungry but humble down to earth basketball coach that has a ton of passion and IQ for the job. I’m super excited. This is a breath of fresh air that has sorely been needed. No more drama queen stuff…just nose to the grindstone team basketball…heck yes!! Go IU!!!!

Except for those of us who do appreciate you guys and what intel you bring! Thank you..Go IU I think we got a no nonsense down to earth coach for once!
