    Only problem is it makes for a really long season. By the time you get to tourney time not sure you are playing your best basketball. I think, it hurt Purdue this year.

    I agree I like Brooks better too. But it seems that Brooks really like the recruiting process. I don't think the staff wants to take the chance to play the game with Brooks all summer, all winter and then he picks someone else. Watford is rated higher right now so come on down.

    I read somewhere that IU has checked up on him. They do a lot of work screening players to see if it's a fit or not. So I'm sure they made some calls.

    Yes I have been told he has been telling friends he is going to IU. I know he has mentioned to the staff about committing.

    This is why Strom is one of my favorites and why I try to eat one each Friday. Brings me back from the ledge with knowledgeable info and to remind us that most OSU people just make up info to fit their narrative.

    Yes I will say it sounds like what some are saying to coaches behind closed doors is a lot different than what they're saying to reporters. Now it was like 3 weeks ago when I first got my info. So maybe something has changed since then. I did ask again on Monday and got the soon answer. So maybe soon is the fall. Or maybe he is telling them one thing and doing something different.

    But isn't TJD using it backward. He's from Center Grove which is the rich side of town. If he is going to say "That's tuff" shouldn't he be playing for Greenwood high school?

    Kira Lewis. PG for Watford's AAU team. No relation to Michael Lewis but if Chuck Marlowe was still announcing he would get them confused like he used to do with Pat and Greg Graham.

    I asked this yesterday and was told soon. Originally it was a day or two after. Now it's soon so we will see.
