As you can see on here some boosters and posters think Stevens signed. I was told he did, but then on Monday morning was told he actually said no. So I’m happy with Devries and if it’s not him great too.

You are very close. I think Scott believed or was led to believe he had him this time. I haven’t gotten the whole story yet but I think he was told last minute as in Saturday that he either changed his mind or was a no go. I think we had already told a lot of coaches we had our guy. Then had to turning everything into overdrive. I’m sure Jerry will be able to explain it better.

Tell me you know nothing about this search. Dolson didn’t mention Devries till very late Saturday night or early Sunday morning.

It’s not exactly true but no reason to debate this at this time. Devries is a good hire.

I’ve spoken with both of them quite a bit during this search both have shared info and sources with me. I totally believe they have posted what they were hearing at the time because I was hearing the same thing. It’s sad the get crapped on though.

I agree. I used to love coming to this place but it’s changed so much. This search has taught me a lot about people in here. It’s the same people over and over. As I said contribute nothing and complain about everything. At least I’ve made some new friends along the way.

Yeah I don’t. Got misdirected yesterday which I think a lot of people did and there is a lot of scrambling going on and it’s not worth the time. Maybe we can revisit it someday. I appreciate you though taking the time to respond

I think it’s a good day to go outside to get some fresh air. I think I’m going to get on the McCollum train if there is room. But I have no idea who the next coach will be. All of this is exhausting.
