Not to get in the middle of whether anyone has actually signed an NDA (because I have no interest in debating that): for what its worth, I've seen plenty with specified LDs. I don't look at NDAs often and certainly haven't reviewed 1000 of them, so maybe it's industry-specific in my case.

When people ask about the why McDermott had more success at Creighton than Iowa State, I think there's a very valid argument that Huss was a huge part of it.
