Don't know if it's been mentioned since we heard of his resignation from Bama last night, but Assistant Coach Baker has been found to be "Staff Member - 1" in the federal reports. I love this. Didn't change his schedule. Showing the top priority he's still exactly that, even in the wave of college basketball bombshells. Shows he/we have nothing to worry about. There are lots of coaches making fervent phone calls and having impromptu meetings behind closed doors at this point. I feel like Archie is there, unwavering and without obvious distractions. Would love to hear he is canceling the pUKe visit, but he probably still wants to get a feel for the atmosphere during big blue madness. I just can't see them being as passionate for a recruit, mainly because they're a spoiled fanbase regarding their recent recruiting "successes". Maybe he's going purely to solidify his choice in IU. Maybe we're already the measuring stick and he's just doing due diligence to rule out the other programs. That's what I want to be happening, anyway lol.
