    The pay raise was nothing in the grand scheme of things. The buyouts are what gets me with these coaching contracts.

    Will be interesting when we really find out why we didn’t add guards. It was an obvious need. Solely on Woodson? Were there $$ issues? Pressure to not recruit over Galloway and Johnson or just incompetence?

    Why? Louisville is gonna hire a proven guy. We should be able to hire a coach equivalent to Louisville or better based on history and conference affiliation.

    Last 4 seasons at Dayton he averaged 26 wins, made the tournament all four years and won the A10 twice.
