What would be on your IU Basketball Bucket List?
Clay City Eels replied to IndyHutch's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
I love you LIL BROTHER! Great way to start my morning. My bucket list would be for us shoot threes in the the hay barn and watch IU Purdue with dad and the Uncles in Grandmas living room like the old days. -
Oh hey, the game ended. Indiana v. IPFW post-game thread
Clay City Eels replied to MartintheMopMan's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
Was ugly and hard to watch. At times IPFW scored at ease. Literally Troy Williams watched people blow by along with Ziesloft. Blackmon was a ghost on both ends. -

(2015) JUCO SG Mychal Mulder to UK
Clay City Eels replied to ccgeneral's topic in Indiana Basketball Recruiting Forum
Just the nature of the beast at JUCOS. You would be amazed at the talent on some of the teams. VU was really good this year. Mulder was the best player on the floor, still didn't see him as IU worthy but who I'm I to say. -

Clay City Eels replied to ccgeneral's topic in Indiana Basketball Recruiting Forum
Most JUCOS have problems as do bigger schools with substance abuse along with players adjusting to what is supposed to be a normal life. Can't speak for VU but one other school in their conference was rampant with drug abuse, theft, robbery and assaults on students and other athletes this year. You would be amazed at the extent that was gone to, to keep players on the floor. -

Congrats to the EELS for a heck of a 4 year run. Couldn't of played much better, the BB gods just said no this time. Had the look we wanted with the right guy shooting. Just the breaks of the game. Wow what a ballgame and they say class basketball killed Indiana basketball couldn't hardly find a seat at Seymour. -

#IHSAA Boys/Girls State Tournament
Clay City Eels replied to ccgeneral's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
Your right Lockdown. Both CC/BR getting the shaft that Greensburg didn't just because of how relignment years fell. The most succesful team in 3a the last 4 years with 2 state championships didn't move up. Just crazy. I'm a class basketball fan wasn't but I am now. Without class basketball no long rides for CC anywhere anytime ever. I know that is the exact everybody gets a trophy arguements point. But I don't care small school ball rules. Escipally public school small ball. -

Barr-Reeve will still be really good regardless of class. Doubt we will see much movement there. In fact they will probably just strengthen their schedule and get better. BR is a very good program. That's if they beat CC. If CC wins state they would move up also. -

I've seen him play was not overly impressed. Nice player just didn't strike me as IU material. -
