Kid definitely has some skills. Doesn't dribble like your average pf/c. With some added strength and conditioning, which IU is top notch for, this kid can be the next surprise recruit that coach Crean always seems to find.

I agree with almost everything but that yogi was a lock down defender. I know coach praised his defensive ability but he was a liability in too many games last year. He would let people by him constantly which led to too much scramble defense. I still remember him and TB going at it one game because of that. As good of a scorer he was I still like the combo of guards IU had this year over last. No more short guards please.

The difference in agility in JM from last year to this year is incredible. IUs development in players is too notch.

Shocked by the news but coach Allen deserves the shot. The improvement this year in defense is incredible and is the main reason why IU is bowling again.

IU lead the entire game. If the game was a nail biter than I can see the argument of home court advantage but IU was able to control the majority of the game and that speaks volume about the quality of the win regardless if it was at home or not.

Potential is there for this IU team to make a deep run this year. They look a lot better than last year this time. I'm beyond excited for this year.

Reason I stayed away after that loss. Knew this board would erupt. I hated that loss as much as anyone but it wasn't the end of the world. It's early on in the season and there will be growing pains within the season as well as within games. Big test Wednesday and it will show where IU is compared to the big boys. Just hoping for a competitive game.
