Game Day--Fire Up Hoosiers! As Archie said--it's time for the Hoosiers to "MAN UP"! No pressure on this one and since Seton Hall is so favored --I expect us to exceed expectations. Plus--with the injuries--it will be great seeing the young guns get some play! Well done --Hoosier Nation! We did what we always do--discuss, analyze, gripe, moan, dream, and predict. In the end--some of us predicted wrong and some of us predicted right. But that's part of the fun and what this site is for. This one did not go our way. Maybe we should have known it when we got the Phinisee commit--maybe we should have known the hometown pull was just too strong to overcome as we got involved late in the game. But hey--at least we were in the conversation! That's a lot better than a lot of other good teams---Hi Purdue! As for me--I have already moved on. I want the players who believe in Archie's vision and who want to be at IU! Wish it would have been DG but --on to the next! Let's put the full court press on for Romeo. There's still time to try to get him thinking IU! We should not give up on Romeo just because we're down or even if we truly are behind in his recruitment--because as long as he hasn't committed--we still have a chance! Recap. OK---it is ugly but IU leads at half 37-27. Juwan is hurt --icing his ankle --hope it is not serious. We can't buy a free throw. Freshmen getting some play --Al looks promising.
