    Mayland has been struggling against Monmouth---but up by 8 late---about 4 minutes left.   They are going to miss Dez Wells----broken hand--out 4 weeks or so.

    Busy hoops day---Butler holds on to beat Georgetown by 6.   From what I saw---we should be competitive with both of them.

    Yep---Butler up 28-15 last I checked.   Still can't believe UK and UCLA are going to play a home and home series-----more sand thrown in the eyes of IU by UK---they will play in Pauley but not in The Hall.  Because Alford is the Coach I have no doubt this is a direct slam at IU by UK once again.   Just continues to grow the hate I have for UK as a program.

      Gotta watch out for those Garden Gnomes!   I always found them to be creepy and they sneak up on you when you least expect it.   The answer?  Hammer them early and Hammer them often!    :120:

    Really looking forward to Butler and Georgetown.   I will reluctantly root for Butler as the Indiana school ----and so they will be highly regarded when we play them.   They are getting some great games this early in the season-----we had better be ready for them!

    I just keep thinking------can't he see that HUGE GAPING HOLE in the middle of our offense that is custom made for him????   Come on Bryant----don't go to a school where you are one of several options---come to IU and be THE OPTION! :ninja:

    Don't know how serious the interest was---but add Smith-Rivera of Georgetown. He's an Indiana guy who has had a good week of basketball and is tough.

    MSU routs Rider----no surprise there.   MSU is looking better than I expected so far.  Izzo is a good coach and they always seem to improve as the season goes on and are tough by tourney time.
