I think both Morgan and OG are in a great position.  They both should see lots of minutes without the pressure or expectations that many have already placed on TB.  A year of understudy in 2015-2016 should pay good dividends in 2016-2017.

  Yes, adding Bryant was a great piece to the puzzle, but he will be a FRESHMAN and it's a total unknown as to how he'll stand up to the rigors of B1G competition especially as the season begins to wind down in February.  Let's not put undue pressure on his shoulders and expect him to be the savior who carries us to the promised land of a Final 4.  If the rest of the team doesn't show improvement most notably on DEFENSE then a Final 4 is just another heartbreak.

Sounds like Hibbert's off to the Lakers but no details on what the Pacers get in return -- maybe a draft pick and cash. 

Iman Shumpert to re-sign with the Cavs -  4 yrs / $40 million.   Paul Pierce reportedly to sign with Doc Rivers and the Clippers for 3 years / $10 million.

Michael Jordan and Isiah Thomas both fantastic basketball players and both who could break an anvil when it comes to being basketball execs.   On-court stardom does not automatically qualify you for the boardroom. 

Draft Express reporting Charlotte has concerns with Vonleh's adjustment to the NBA; difficulty picking up plays and question his feel for the game.   To quote Don Corleone, "It's just a business."

  That sounds as if you'd prefer to stay mediocre so we don't lose our coach?    And in my earlier post, I did not say I expected to compete for a national championship every year but I do think we should expect to consistently have a winning record in our conference.  Getting a 6 win season to qualify for a bowl but having a losing B1G record just doesn't excite me.  All that means is you loaded the non-conference schedule with cupcakes.

Why be satisfied with 6 wins and a meaningless bowl game?  I know it seems like we haven't been to any kind of bowl since Moses built the ark, but to look for a minimum of 3 of the 6 wins to come from non-conference games means we're nothing more than mediocre in the conference and I don't think we should be satisfied with that.  Personal opinion nothing more than that.

Does anyone else think that a $1,000 cash bond for someone charged with his crimes is a little too cheap?   IF, he is a dealer in cocaine and heroin as he's been charged, $1,000 in cash is nothing and he's already back on the streets.

I'd just like to see the NCAA move a little faster than it historically has with its investigations.  At the NCAA's typical pace, MSB will be on Social Security and playing on the Old Folk's Home All-Star team before any decision is announced.

Most importantly she said Indiana University and not U of Indiana!

  Many of the largest banks have departments that cater to the pro athlete and will make these kinds of loans "on the come".  Even if they go overseas, they'll likely make enough to make the payments.
