  1. He's faced plenty of size and it hasn't slowed him down. Cincy has a connection to him which means they'll be in it to the end. I'm not high on Xavier Booker but they faced each other this past summer and while Cathedral got the W, Bidunga got the better of Booker. Highlights on YT if you want to check it out.
  2. He's been at quite a few, it'll be a battle to the end for this kid.
  3. Cody and Vic reunited
  4. Added 5 blocks Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  5. I gave Kopp crap all game, but that was a phenomenal defensive job at the end. A win is a win folks. Nice string of wins we've put together. 2nd place in the conference.
  6. Hate to say anything considering the game he's had, but man.....you gotta hit at least the first one.
  7. Duke got screwed big time. And if we weren't waiting on this game I wouldn't care but seeing as how we are I'll admit I was rooting for Duke FT's there.
  8. That possession where he fell asleep on defense set Woody off
  9. I'm going to have a stroke and it's all Race Thompson's fault
  10. If Parker Stewart from last year is any indication, he'll ride Race out to the end.
  11. If I'm coach Race isn't touching the floor right now. Whether it's not being healthy or just not effective he's killing us. Reneau is so much better at this point.
  12. This is definitely a different style of basketball than I'm used to watching
  13. Thanks OF! I knew it had to be better than last year.
  14. It's not a real low dribble, but he's able to still take off with it at full speed and guys just can't catch him. Him leading the fastbreak is quickly becoming my favorite thing to watch for during games. If he can continue to improve his handles, THAT is what's really going to elevate his offensive game. He's also a good passer out of double teams and does a good job of getting the ball to his guards on fast breaks and then racing ahead for lobs.
  15. Not yet he doesn't. His FT shooting does look better than last year (without looking at the numbers) and I don't think he'll ever be an outside shooter, but you hope that he can eventually develop a midrange game. Still so raw in so many ways. I know you weren't inferring this, but many people jokingly ask if he can do anything other than dunk and the answer to that is yes but at the HS level that isn't a necessity often. He's actually got nice touch around the rim, nice little jump hook and has even brought out a little fadeaway a few times. His development is fun to watch and I keep having to remind myself he's just a junior and has only been playing organized ball for a couple years. The little flashes of "what could eventually be" are tantalizing.
  16. If that's not a flagrant they're just plain cheating
  17. You can get away with a few guys not showing up to play. But you're not beating anyone when the entire team doesn't show up.
  18. Harrison must have played a bunch of....not so good teams to be undefeated. They've got a kid headed to Marian who's tough and not much else to speak of outside of him.
  19. Tamar Bates looking like defense is a foreign language he has yet to learn
  20. Was my first time seeing Catchings, man he's good. Yeah Kokomo's guard play/coaching make me want to pull my hair out.
