  1. Carter on the floor with the ball flailing like a fish out of water - no travel?
  2. Troy in full attack mode.  Good as long as he doesn't turn it over.
  3. Crean with the "Duke" defensive floor slap.  Pumped Up!
  4. Team is juiced...what a delivery by Hartman.  Don't let up, defense, and extend the lead.
  5. Absolutely on Carter.  OG did not travel, he did not move his pivot foot.  Ref blew the whistle anticipating a travel.  Bad call on OG
  6. Step up from the CIT last year.  Perhaps a first round NIT game in the Ford Center Center in E'vile?
  7. Aces lose to UNI for the third time this year by a total of 7 points!  Tough, tough loss for Evansville. They looked terrible in the first half, but fought hard in the second half to get in a position to win.  Aces won 25 games this year and will be a tough draw for any team in the NIT.  Evansville was the 2015 CIT champion.  Hopefully they can have similar post season success this year.
  8. I felt the Hoosiers would win the last two games and said so in another thread.  Iowa has looked worn down in their losing stretch, and did in this game as well.  Uthoff's shots throughout the game were falling short.  As mentioned in a post above. the two desperation 3 point heaves at the end were both short.  In one of Iowa's previous games, can't remember which one, Woodbury was so gassed near the end he couldn't even run the court and TV analyst even made note of that.   I told a friend of mine at work who is a big Wisconsin fan, that if Gezell gets in foul trouble, Iowa is in trouble.  He is essentially the only Iowa point guard of any mention.  Fran pulled Gezell for a good portion of the first half after picking up his second foul.  IU goes on a big run,  Conversely, Yogi picks up his second foul, in the first half, and Crean leaves him in the game.  CTC showing confidence in his star point guard to play smart, and did he ever. Didn't get called for another foul the rest of the game, hits the massive three pointer near the end of the game, plays 37 minutes.  In a huge game like this, you would think Fran would have stayed with his senior point guard as Crean did - advantage Crean.  If Yogi hits those two free throws, or Bryant hits both free throws after the big rebound on Yogi's second miss, the lead would have been 7, 3 possessions, with 13 seconds, and a less dramatic finish
  9. Great point.  This game will go a long way to prepare the Hoosiers for tournament play - winning tough games in venues other than  AH.
  10. Bryant with the double-double 12-10.  Yogi 20 and 5 dimes, but 5 to's - its all good Yogi.  T-Dub not his best game, but 15 and 7 boards and only 1 to - mostly Good Troy tonight.  Max with some costly errors, but also frustrated Iowa bigs.  How about our three headed freshman front court monster - Tom-OG-Juwan.  Please come back next year TB.  Add DD and front court is really really good. Hope JM is okay.   Work not done yet.  Need to take down the Twerps and remain untouchable in B-town.
