  1. On the OG front, I think he needs to go. He seems to be pretty locked in the 15-25 range. Right now his stock is driven by physical traits (6'8', 7-6 wingspan, strong frame, explosive athleticism), youth, and defensive flashes. OG as he played this season did not look like a lottery pick most of the time. He can't dribble, because of that he can't create his own shot unless it's a right hand straight-line drive to the rim. His shooting mechanics from his feet to his release need a lot of work, has a somewhat slow release and he shoots a very flat ball (this does not bode well for the longer NBA line and much better defense he'll face). His mechanics are inconsistent resulting in a lot of misses that were way off. Without reworking his jumper I just don't see him ever being a real 3 pt threat. He shot 50% from the line, that is a strong indicator that 3 point success could be a fluke. Guys with OG's athleticism and pure physical traits are rare, but if he came back and didn't show significant improvement or got hurt again it would kill his stock. No shame in playing in the d-league when you're a rookie.
  2. Heard on Reddit that he was doing something with the 76ers recently, don't have any specifics though.
  3. I hope Lance gets to run the 2nd unit, Brooks is bad.
  4. good for South Carolina man. what a run.
  5. SC vs. Florida is good so far. Gators are 6-10 from 3.
  6. I think for DD to really shine he has to improve his athleticism, there were times last year where he really struggled to finish at the rim. Slow, unathletic post players are dying in modern basketball.
  7. Mavs don't want to win.
  8. Durham had a really bad summer last year, shot well under 40% if I remember correctly. Moore has a lot of potential, I get sort of a poor mans Jonathan Isaac vibe from him.
  9. I think more schools will too. Kid is legit, I think he's a top 50 talent.
  10. 11 points on 5-6 shooting, 13 rebounds (7 offensive), 4 assists, 8 blocks (altered many more). Bell completely dominated.
  11. playing not to lose, lucky Kansas has missed some shots. I don't get it either because Altman has some really nice sets, they're just choosing to run clock and iso.
  12. Dorsey is good. Might go in the 1st if he declares. Not sure if coming back for year 3 is a good idea given how much the NBA likes young guys.
  13. give Jordan Bell 15 minutes a night off a NBA bench and let him just wreck stuff. .
  14. doesn't have Troys playmaking skills (for better and worse lol)
  15. This Zach Collins kid on Gonzaga has been getting legit top 20 buzz.
  16. It's like how people always want to get all the Indiana kids to play here. I don't really care where they come from as long as they're good.
  17. It's like people didn't watch Blackmon get the ball at the end of garbage possessions, size dudes up, and then splash 3's in their face a couple times a game.
  18. Compared to other teams leading scorers Blackmon took very few bad shots. He averaged 17 a game on 48/42/84 splits, that's crazy efficient for a primarily jump shooting guard.
  19. and his brother is an NBA All star
  20. I think he'd lead the conference in scoring if this happened.
  21. who would've replaced him? Green or Curtis Jones. haha.
