It's a training camp invite. Sixers have 17 guys under contract for next year, so not everyone will make the team. Blackmon will most likely play for the Sixers D-league affiliate. Haven't heard any specific numbers.

IT was 3rd in the NBA in scoring last year but he's like 3+ years older than Kyrie and arguably the worst defensive PG in the entire league. I don't think ITs game will age well, I'd be nervous about maxing him. Cavs won this trade tho for sure.

Conspiracy Theory time. Stephen A Smith (I know) is saying that Kyrie believes that LeBron and his team are the ones behind this leak. SAS isn't the most reliable guy in the industry and can be pretty obnoxious, but he's been saying that Kyrie is unhappy in CLE for a while now. What if LeBron and his people are doing this to reduce backlash for when he leaves Cleveland again in a year. There was such a shitstorm when he left for the Heat, imagine him doing that again. It would be brutal... unless it looked like he was just leaving a sinking ship.
