    I'm sure it's been discussed, but interested the general expectations for this team was. Still early, but I'm not sure these pieces fit too well together. Defensively this looks like it could be brutal

    Guys you've never heard of come into Assembly Hall and light it up from 3 while at the same time guys in an IU uniform routinely miss iron completely or dent the backboard. Trend that needs discontinued

    A more experienced version of Banks or even Mbagko until he provides the offense. Just seems redundant, but assuming Woodson targeted him for a reason

    Think he's just illustrating by that singular game that he doesn't provide the offense that one might hope for. Less concerned about him on offense but on defense with a team that's already struggling to defend the perimeter. Ball might not stick when he's in, but I'm not sure who he's going to defend and with this team over-helping, that might become even more exaggerated when he's on the floor

    We know it won't be the B1G refs and the conferences style of play causing the ugly offense this season. Mercy

    I'm just not sure about the footspeed of some of these guys between Reneau, Ware and Sparks and MM(he looks lost/disinterested?). Looks great abusing teams on the offensive end, but brutal watching them getting lost on defense

    He terrifies me on the defensive end. Nearly wanting to see a zone just to stop watching him from chasing around the perimeter

    Not to sure about the recruiting rankings of Army's guards, but we need to figure out how to defend the perimeter better if we're going to play this much size at once

    It's early, but I'm not sure I understand the roster construction. We've got size, but after not figuring out how to guard Pack and Wong to end the season we have doubled down on the size. Guard play wins in March and we lack it outside X and Cupps who's promising, but a freshman

    Banks poor first possession, but regrouped nicely

    Friendlier on the rims and backboard than Lander was at least if we're looking for silver linings. We are going to be hurting for guard play once again

    And risk have Carey win the last two and get named HC without a real coaching search? We sure Dolson wouldn't do that like his mentor Glass? Undeniable this offense is looking far more competent with Carey leading them, which is similar to how Allen got the main job under Wilson. IU loves saving money with their football program and things are looking eerily similar to want what you're proposing

    Last year? The year X played in only 11 games?

    I always thought a portal PG would be helpful after Lander transferred. Hard sell with Cupps and X but I’ve always preferred Galloway off the ball. Still feel things are less crowded for Gunn, so there’s going to be an opportunity for him. Others know him better, but strikes me as a guy trying to generate offense when he comes in but doesn’t have the consistent shot to execute it
