So we have Rabjohns saying he got info from someone special saying Crean will be back next season. We also have Hickory Hoosier on 247 who has had sourced info in the past saying there's a 99% chance that it's announced that Crean is gone tomorrow. My heads spinning, I can't deal with this crap. Part of me says wake me up when it's decided one way or the other...but the other part of me won't put this stupid tablet down, and stop hitting refresh.

I really wanted a change to happen so I could enjoy IU basketball again, now it doesn't seem like that's going to happen.

Someone on 247 just posted that a writer with IU ties has just received info that Crean is staying. I hope they are wrong. His post is kind of confusing, but the jist is that Crean has been retained. Ugh...onward to page 2000.

I really want to believe all these sources saying IU has reached out to other coaches like Billy Donovan, and that he is interested, but then I come back to others saying Glass doesn't want to fire Crean, but is open for Crean finding a soft landing. I'm sorry, but if we've actually reached out to Billy D, and he's interested, and some saying that talks have gone good with Billy's people...then why hasn't Glass freaking fired Crean?!? You don't hold on to Crean for fear of hurting his feelings when you can hire Billy Donovan!!! It doesn't jive.

Anyone taking the next couple of days off work to watch the tournament? Guilty!

Whenever I think, "yes, it's happening, finally we can move on!"...I come to the sobering realization that if it were happening, then why hasn't it yet? Then I get depressed thinking of Crean still being the coach at IU...until I start thinking again, "this may finally be it!"...this board keeps me grounded, try not to get too high, because it may all end up being a low low.

What's the thoughts about some big boosters meeting with Glass tonight? This concerns me. It's obvious that Crean needs to go, this meeting gives Glass the opportunity to sell keeping Crean. This should not be allowed. Fire. Tom. Crean.

By Crean's post game comments it sounds like he plans on being back next season, but I also wouldn't expect him to say anything less. I just really hope he moves on, or that Glass steps up, and removes him.
