And I agree that it’s hard to believe. But it also hasn’t happened yet. They got Garland who is a local kid and who has known Drew for a long time. And people can be suspicious but it’s a bad look in my opinion to just assume that money is changing hands. It kind of comes of as arrogant and catty to me at least. It may not be a huge deal or the deciding factor but I’m sure academics have mattered to plenty of One and done kids before. I more meant that it’s not like Romeo is considering East Tennessee State. I dont think it’s worthwhile to assume Vandy is out here paying people to come there. It’s a good school and has a rising coaching staff. We don’t know what is important to these kids. Recruiting is sales. Sometimes a competitor has a better pitch and fit for the consumer in their mind. Doesn’t mean you attack the consumer or the competition. We have a shot at Romeo and I believe in our Staff. We get him and I’m happy, we don’t and I’m still extremely happy with our first year staffs class. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
