    It creates clicks for Gary. It's an easy post to for some media to make to stir up some engagement. Are there some jackasses in our fan base? Of course, but I'd wager no more than other fan bases like Kentucky, Alabama, Duke, LSU, etc.

    I just would like to preface that I liked this post because I agree with its likelihood, not because I have personally confirmed it either!

    We've gotten 5 stars in the Crean-Archie-Woodson eras and were still mediocre for the majority of that time, so I wouldn't be worried about a McCollum getting 5 star recruits right away. If hired, I'd like him, or whomever is hired, to bring some high IQ basketball players with him. Maybe a "dawg" or two

    I thought the same thing. This is exactly the kind of answer I'd expect from a coach focused on winning a conference tournament and going far in the NCAA tourney.

    Good for Brownell for the great season, but I feel he's also benefited greatly from a weak ACC conference this year. Nothing in his long term resume shows consistent success.

    I wouldn't go THAT far but yeah, I would be equally frustrated with a Brownell hire. If IU is at the late tier 2 stage, then let's take a chance on some up and comer like Huss

    I watched the High Point game the other night and really liked what I saw in Huss. His name seemed to get louder and louder over the following days so I'm wondering if it's just confirmation bias on my part or if he is truly in the running.
