    Oh I agree....but I don't begrudge Irsay for denying somebody a share of ownership. It makes zero business sense. Hire him in the front office and give him an incentive laden contract. Don't get me wrong, I want Irsay to go away. I just think he made the right decision here. FIRE HIM! This is embarrassing

    Tom Coughlin was recently hired by the Jaguars as Executive Vice President, a newly created role. In this role, he can help the team grow more profitable by creating better results on the field. His contract has incentives tied to results. Peyton could have that. But ownership? No way. Or maybe I misunderstood what some were upset about. FIRE HIM! This is embarrassing
