These tweets and the others that are out the blaming the fanbase for IUs struggles over the last 2 decades is softer than Charmin! Where do these people and players think the money comes from? It comes from the Fans, you knuckleheads (in Barkley’s voice)! It comes from the donors, season ticket holders, the dad buying IU merch for his children, and people on this board! So excuse the H3LL out of us for expecting positive results or effort out of the players that “Our” money is funding! Notice how the “Positive” results of IUFB caused a sea of red in Pasadena and Atlanta! If IUBB wants similar support, put forth the same effort that the football team does. I guarantee that “pressure” will lessen if you do. Today was probably one of the biggest 180s of crowd support I have heard in the Hall. Crowd was 100% behind the team on the run in the first half, second half maybe 10%. Like I said in an earlier post, the guys next to me (season tix holders, traveled to Pasadena) left at halftime saying they had seen enough. I left a few minutes after the second run that got within 4 flopped. Then to hear comments from the coach about fatigue! Holy s**t I thought the hump was a bad excuse!

He definitely talks to them but I don’t know that I have seen him “go after” a ref. In all honesty, he and the entire staff could use a little fire. Down the whole game and our staff couldn’t muster enough to move from their seats, even in the 2 short runs when we got within 5. Meanwhile the entire Iowa staff is up and directing and pushing their team. Smh. This going to be a long season! Can we add another football season after Monday?

First game I have ever left early! Absolute joke!

This is utter BS! There is zero to half-a$$ed effort from the players and the staff! Bailey is a waste of NIL money. Season ticket holders next to me just left. I wasted money buying 2 extra tickets for today!

I tried to be optimistic after I started this hire with a “who?” reaction. After my first couple games this season, that optimism turned to skepticism. Too many mistakes, too many TOs, heat checks all over the place, no accountability… We have beaten NO ONE! I really like Sisley, but he is still young. Is he enough for a foundation? Can this staff perform a 180 in the portal and actually find valuable players? Will Tucker finally running out of eligibility help? Can we get a refund on Bailey and send his a$$ back to the mids? Can Coach resist allowing heat checks from the logo multiple times a game? Sorry I couldn’t hold my questions in, but I do have more, lol!

Well the bright side is this should make tickets for Saturday a little cheaper and I could take my whole family to a game! Or just stay home cause Iowa will probably blow the doors off this team too!

I believe I am going to give up on complaining about Tucker and Bailey! I know we are limited but those 2 frustrate me to no end!

That’s is what my phone tells me about 4 hours prior to any game! Get your a$$ to Btown, game starts in 3 hours! Is generally what my phone says, lol!

Well I do grow popcorn in my spare time (truth), but today just trying to take in a basketball game, lol!
