Lol the guy that couldn’t get it done with all the assets he had at his disposal at Texas is gonna get it done here. I guess we could just be like Kansas and turn our program into a sideshow attraction

I mean he would be calling bubble screens because Tuttle was so bad throwing it down the field. Not having the right players limits play calling. That being said Sheridan was bad with how long it took him to start running the ball consistently -
Even before the shoulder injury Tuttle didn’t look good throwing the ball down the field. He had two great passes, a 20 yard throw to Fryfogle, and a 15 yard out route to Whop on the opposite hash. Just gives me concerns if he is the guy next year.

We win with a healthy Penix. Both are better at stretching the defense than Tuttle was today

I really want an explanation for the game plan. It took a half of foot to figure out they couldn’t consistently stop us running the ball just adding to that Ole Miss came into the game horrible stopping the run

Rust I suppose. And I assume with having Covid issues that contact drills would be pretty limited. stull not acceptable. There were times they looked scared to hit the Ole Miss QB, and he fell forward for an extra 2-3 yards

This game better play non stop this off-season to embarrass the defense. One of the worst displays of tackling possible

It ruined the entire drive. Completely eliminated any chance of a run on third down, forced him to throw it down the field where he was bad most of the day, and I mean it is just football 101

Tuttle stepping out of bounds rather than throwing the ball away is one of the dumbest things I’ve ever seen

That throw on first after the Scott first down was a horrible read. Even with a good arm thats a bad decision

Well. We've been horrible by all accounts. Only down 10 Might be worth it to change the defensive gameplan in coverage. Our tackling isn't gonna cut it against a guy just dinking and dunking us to death
