Today is a cupcake game and only the second game of the season but alot of crap better get cleaned up today. I am tired of seeing concerning issues early on only to be told we're fine. This one was free and canned goods were taken. I paid for the meet and greet. The free posters is a thing of the past I am afraid. I agree Saturday would be better but this was homecoming and the night before a massive football game with fox noon kickoff show their! One negative to this hoosier hysteria. I have been to several. I was worried about getting in before I bought the passes because of the football game and homecoming. We have a ranked team and alot to be excited about. Zero fans in balcony and bottom was mostly full but alot of empty seats. The meet and greet was very well organized. The players were all very nice. The best part was for 25 per ticket we got four of the big calendars signed and my kids got to see their heros and interact up close. Then we got color coded wrist bands that put us at court level seats. Two of the bands were different color than the rest which luckily I put on the 2 oldest girls and that put them right behind the women's bench for a even more upclose experience. Catching up and seeing people are upset about a social media meltdown! This was a guarantee as soon as the decision was made to retain Woodson! He called out the fans that probably fueled the hate even more. He has done a good job getting talent for this season and now comes the hard part! Winning is the only way to calm the hostility. If you think missing recruits foe next season is a meltdown wait till things turn even remotely south this season. Expectations are high if coach hasn't figured out how to put a competitive team out we are sunk! Acquiring talent when you can buy it isn't hard but getting a bought team to gel and compete at the highest level day after day is a challenge.
