Dakich took over a team 3/4 of the way through a season that just lost there coach for reasons they probably didn't understand. I thought it came out that the players quit playing. Dakich had zero chance in my book at becoming the head coach at iu out of that mess imo. It isn't even fair to try and make some kind of opinion based off that. If you look at his entire career that will probably be a better indicator as to why he isn't the level of coach we need at iu.

I am interested to see what happens we have a chance to put a good win streak together but also could struggle in the big ten it will be interesting to see where this team goes from here

It was in my opinion a must win. Very odd game because it didn't seem like we played good enough to win but we did. We were lucky notre dame missed some wide open looks. Now we have a opportunity to put together a nice string of wins.

now you're talking anything can happen and if we haven't improved it will show and if we have that will show too. Very excited for tomorrow's opportunity to get this season back on track or possibly not

but if we win we could go into conference play on a 5 game winning streak. If we look good beating notre dame confidence could grow and who knows after that. Just a thought.

the award about troy was probably my post. I was listening to the coaches show and he didn't know about troy winning it and when he found out he said well that is good for him but he needs to start contributing more to the team or something to that effect. He just didn't act like I would have expected him to. I am sure he is happy he got the award just acted odd
