    Woody needs to take a page out of painter’s book. I mean when Mason Gillis was arrested for a DUI he was immediately kicked off the team! or coach K’s book when his grandson and Banchero were arrested for DUI during the season and he immediately kicked them off the team! or Gonzaga’s book when Few was arrested for DUI and they fired him immediately!! oh wait

    Yeah it's weird. From the games I have watched his role is facilitator for Whitehead, Mitchell, and Reneau. He gets the ball exactly where it needs to go and is a great passer. Pretty impressive in transition too. But I def would like to seem him be more assertive and score more.

    Malik is impressive and will be an awesome college player. He seems like he would be a three year guy that will put up huge stats. He isn't explosive but man he has a high motor and great skill around the basket.

    exactly. It is woody's job to put together the best roster possible not be content just because we already have guards. If guys want to win, they should want the best players around them. If they are afraid of losing playing time, get better.... or leave. no hard feelings

    uh... we have a need for him even if those guys stay. but yes it is unlikely it will happen if those guys stay.

    I love rob even though he really struggled here. But if he goes to Purdue I will have no love for him and will only remember him for being a below average point guard. So I am really hoping he does not go to Purdue even if he stinks it up there

    So after listening to a couple interviews with Brian Walsh I have confidence he will do well recruiting in comparison to Fife. I have no idea how he is as an on the court coach, but I think he will connect much better with the guys IU needs to recruit to be successful. He seems like a really likeable dude who will work his a$$ off.

    disagree. Never seen anyone single-handedly lose games like he did this year. the record of Illinois with and without him was astounding. Been plenty of point guards with no jump shot who were great. He is not one of them

    will be interesting to see what Trevion and Hunter do. I believe both told Painter last summer that this was their last year. But we will see.
