Our TOs were down to 14...   JBJ and Troy showed some leadership with 9 combined TOs.

  No, he didn't.  He took his time talking to him after the game.

  TB drifted back towards the paint when the ball handler was forced to him. 

  IU was actually top 5 in PPP ATO in 2012-2013. 

Even giving Crean a pass for his first 3 years, he has at best the 6th best record from 2011-2015.  That doesn't include what Turgeon is doing up at UM.  All those teams also have had way better post season (BTT/NCAAT) records with deeper runs than Crean.  If we're good with being, at best, a mid tier B1G program we have our coach.  That factors into wanting a coaching change.  Off court issues, being an ass when things don't go his way, and not being capable of getting through to his team are others.   Edit:  After last season I was so frustrated with the lack of success I started running numbers.  It is absolutely turrrble comparing the level of talent here and the results we get.  He has out recruited the rest of the B1G by a pretty wide margin since 2011 and only had the 6th best winning percentage.

I actually have a lot more respect for that 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 teams now.  The major difference between that team and this team is leadership.  Crean will never provide that for his teams. 

  Play well get taken out, play bad and stay in.  I can see why this team gets the results it does...

Of course they love him, they can do whatever they want in the offseason and get away with it.  They can shoot any shot they want, they can make terrible players, they can stand around on defense and nothing happens. 

  It's not all on the interior defense.  The perimeter defense hasn't improved much either.

  They know they can do that and get away with it.  Who will hold them accountable?  Yogi won't, Crean won't, Troy won't...    We're like a beautiful new yacht without a captain and rudderless.  Sometimes the current and wind will push you in the right direction but when the storm comes the ship goes down.

It's tough watching less talented teams execute better than we do.  You learn the most about people when you're in the toughest spots.  We struggle to stop anyone and still struggle to make the right play instead of the spectacular play. 

Expected we would get off to a slow start but figured we would turn it on at some point.  That's what happens when you let less talented teams hang around.    When we got the ball inside we scored or got fouled.  When we took quick shots we weren't that good.  We never made an adjustment to make Bryant (?) go to his right every time. 

  We've held two opponents to less than .85 PPP this season.  That's solid but we're probably giving up like 1.4 or so against WF.  It would be 2 something if not for all the WF turnovers.

  Am I the only one that gets Walton...?  A minute in college basketball is actually like 15 so you're extending your life...
