NW made JHS toss a lob off the backboard? They guarded those FTs extremely well in the first half? They made Gallo throw that pass over Race's head when they weren't near him? They made TJD dribble off his leg when the defender was on the other side of him? (and then giggle about another TO, where have we seen that before..?) Life on the road in the Big 1.o is difficult, that much more when they're not at the bottom half of the league. You control what you can control (i.e. not tossing it all over the gym, hitting your free throws, making sure your opponent isn't WIDE OPEN) Paraphrasing here - you know you'll get open looks against Indiana because they have their weak side defender on the nail (this has been something we've done all season and it's bit us several times because our guards and small wings struggle to keep the better guards in the league in front of us.)

We can control turning the ball over (13 in this one), leaving shooters WIDE OPEN, giving e and e, c and c, i and i, and so on for the other 60-70 possessions. Keep focusing on the extremely small %, but about that, Trey did control getting in front of him (that's great!), much better than Kopp getting stuck in first gear, but didn't stop him. If we would have controlled what we could control for the majority of the game we win this going away, ditto for the game against NW in Assembly Hall. A couple out of 60+ ain't bad though

Much easier to ***** and complain about something out of the control of your team than the things your team can actually control. Like addressing the elephant in the room of all the e's, i's, c's, and such. We should probably get back to dogging other team's fans for blaming the refs, trying to find mystery reasons for techs or getting jobbed by techs and the like.
