The Hoosiers had the four-star recruit on campus this weekend and are very much a major contender to land the strong-armed passer. "It was a great visit," Shough told 247Sports. "My relationship with the coaches is probably the best there. I loved the school of business, opportunity to play, and coaches." Other schools in the mix for the 6-foot-5, 187-pound Shough includes Michigan, South Carolina, Florida State, Missouri and North Carolina. Other offers include Alabama, Georgia, Louisville, Washington State and Western Kentucky. Shough would like to make a decision before the start of his senior season. 247Sports ranks him as the nation's No. 9 pro-style passer and No. 1 recruit in Arizona. Shough will be the first two-year starter for Coach Steve Belles at the powerhouse Arizona high school program. As a junior he threw for 2,079 yards and 27 touchdowns.

Wilson, a 5-foot-7 guard from Powder Springs, Ga., averaged 12.9 points, 5.0 assists and 2.1 steals per game in 24 games as a junior for McEachern High School. She tore her ACL in January, but her team went on to win a fourth straight state championship. Wilson was on campus this past October for Hoosier Hysteria. Along with Louisville’s Grace Berger, the Hoosiers now have two guards as part of its 2018 class. IU has room to add as many as six players in ’18, but it’s more realistic to think this class will have four or five players. Wilson adds a guard with a willingness to shoot the 3. She went 59-of-160, or 37 percent, from beyond the arc as a junior. She may be somewhat under the radar playing alongside Quanniecia Morrison, a five-star guard headed to Georgia in the fall.
