High 2016 four-star quarterback Brandon Peters on Friday.   The Hoosiers landed the state's top quarterback in 2015 in Decatur Central's Tommy Stevens, and Peters is the top-ranked passer according to 247Sports I 2016.   Already holding offers from Iowa and Virginia Tech, Peters visited Bloomington in August and will return for the Michigan State game this fall. He's high on the program, especially head coach Kevin Wilson.   The 247Sports Composite ranks Peters as the nation's No. 13 pro-style passer.
