I don't "accept" Creaning. I don't believe it should ever happen. But I can't control that. Every player that commits to IU I want here for 4 years. "Case in point" meaning he committed on his terms. Plus if a coach told me to wait for a specific time to commit pending other players decisions... Would you want to play for him anyways? I wouldn't. If a coach wants you on his team he'll gladly accept your commitment at any point in time. I don't buy into this timeline stuff on committing when offering. If you don't want a player, don't offer.

Like I said, can't control who commits and when. Coach, asst, whoever can give timelines, but if he feels IU is great for him, then he'll commit. Case in point for Durham. I'm sure if Creaning is necessary, it'll happen

How many recruits have scholly offers for 2017? Can't control who commits and when. This day in age, you have to offer a lot of kids. Because the ones you think you'll land don't always commit or workout. It's a crap shoot

Look, I know people are worried about in state kids for 2017. But Durham has size, speed, and is a shooter. Ranked top 100 in 2017. It's only 2015. Plenty of things will happen by then for scholarships. People leaving early, transfers etc. why are we against someone who wants to play for IU and commits early? Great get if Al continues to improve

Howard has the tools to be great. Helps to have the BigTen's best O-line in front of you. Really need Sudfeld to stay healthy to help him and the team be successful.

He'll be locked in as soon as he signs his LOI.. If Crean leaves or is booted and he wants a release, he can be granted that. But I don't think we'll have to worry if Crean puts a good class together.

So to change the pace a little bit here.. I was mapping out Crown Points schedule next year. And I live in the Lafayette area, and GG & Crown Point play at Lafayette Jeff on 11/25. I think I'm going to go check our boy out!! See if I can't get a good look at his skill set and see how much he's grown from now until then.

I'll never understand some IU fans. We got a kid, from Indiana, that can shoot the rock, and he WANTS TO BE HERE! He will fill a roster spot well. Will be a good 4 year player. Thanks for getting 2016 started GG! Can't wait to see this kid light AH's nets on fire!

I agree, I think Leaf would like the idea of playing the 3 spot, especially in IU's offense.  Which he has already said he loves how Tom Crean runs his offense.

Always nice to get a good looking defensive kid out of the SEC's backyard!
