The thing is he ranted about Archie owing Lunardi an apology, about how his job is to win games, about being under .500 in conference being a disqualifier, about he doesn't care how tough the conference is, how he will defend Lunardi because he knows how hard he works... blah blah blah But then the next topic he got on was how great UNC is... how they could make a run.... well guess what they were 6-14 in conference... and they are under .500 in total.... I get that he wasn't necessarily advocating for them to get an At Large bid... but still seems very hypocritical to me.

May take at least 3 overtimes to get to 50 in that one...

Haven't read through this thread so sorry if this is just rehashing what has already been discussed.... Very Good night for Archie... I think he showed some fire/passion and also made the right adjustments... Race has been increasing minutes and Brunk decreasing but it was obvious early tonight that Oturu was going to destroy Race so Brunk got more minutes and not only helped slow down their big guy but was somewhat of a threat on the offensive end (I wish he would shoot more and throw the ball at the rim less). Franklin played limited minutes but he knew his role when he came in the game and pushed the pace. Rob finally able to finish around the rim more consistently is a HUGE thing. Green played well in spurts and never really hurt us... TJD is an unstoppable force... he needs polish but continues to grow... if he could finish a higher percentage of his layups (even when being fouled) it would be huge.

I am SO ready to jump back on the bandwagon.... but my head still tells me we are not a tough enough team to win on the road even to a Purdue team that i don't believe is very good.... I think we will keep it closer and make a game out of it but I don't trust us to not go on a drought on the road. IU 67 Purdue 74

How does this work? Each week I will create Prediction League threads for the weeks game(s). It's a simple concept: Each week you start with 100 points (only if a prediction is made, otherwise 0 points for the week) +25 PTs if you guess the winner -25 PTs if you pick the loser +10 PTs if guess IU score correctly +10 PTs if guess Opponent score correct -The # of points different between the actual and predicted score of IU (over/under doesn't matter) -The # of points different between the actual and predicted score of opponent (over/under doesn't matter) *** Reminder if you post a prediction and want to change it, please just POST a NEW Prediction, do not edit a prior post as I may miss those edits. THANK you... this is such a cool tool. Made a few tweaks to the default predictions and came up with IU as the 9 seed playing #8 Rutgers and then #1 Maryland..... That would put us at 11-11 in conference and in my opinion a LOCK for the NCAA Tourney.
